A wide choice of houses :
- typical Ardéchois-style stone houses for 6/7 people with fireplace
- a stone-built bastidon (smaller farmhouse) for 5/6 guests
- maisonettes for 4/5 guests
- studio 2/4 guests
We are pleased to accept well-behaved and vaccinated dogs with their owners.

 Each house is independent, has its own terrace, a garden lounge, a barbecue and a private parking space. Inside equipment : fitted kitchen (heating top, sink, electric coffee maker, oven, crockery and plates, cupboards, TV plug, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, (some houses share a washing machine), some also feature a dishwasher.

NO WEEKENDS IN JUNE/JULY/AUGUST/SEPTEMBER.
WEEKEND MINIMUM 2 NIGHTS.

In every gîte : fitted kitchen, bedcovers, barbecue, garden lounge.
Sheet rental : 10 € per pair.
Dog : 30 € / week.
Housecleaning 30 to 80 € according to the gite.
Electricity 0,16 kwh.
Any additional person / visitor (not featuring on the rental contract) may be refused or charged extra,
the swimming pools are exclusively reserved for guests renting the gîtes (no visitors accepted).
NB : we recommend you take out an insurance policy protecting you from any unforeseen late cancellation of your stay.
REQUEST FOR RESERVATION OR INFORMATION

The reservation is made by contract which must be signed and accompanied by the deposit (25% of the total cost of the stay) done by cheque, postal draft, Credit Card or holiday cheque (cheque vacances).
The payment of the balance is carried out 1 month before the day of the arrival.
Deposit: when we hand you the keys we require a deposit of between 250 € and 450 €
(according to which gite it is). This is returned one week after you leave.
